How to play on Windows 7?

  • Run “KexSetup_x64Rel.exe” from “_Windows 7 Fix” folder and install that extension
  • Open “binariesvictoria3.exe” file properties in Explorer, then “VxKex” tab
  • Check “Enable VxKex for this program” and “Report a different version of Windows, Windows 10” checkboxes, Apply, OK
  • Run the game as usual

Backwards Compatibility

This repack IS EXTREMELY backwards compatible with my previous V3 repack. The only changed/new files are setup.exe, fg-07.bin and fg-10.bion, so you can rehash everything else to save up to 4.7 GB of traffic.
