For the last two years, I’ve had the honour of developing the spiritual successor to Allison Road, with the blessing of its original creator. It’s designed and optimized for both old and next-gen hardware. This has been a solo journey for me, and I like to think of it as Allison Road, Reimagined. I’ve put my heart and soul into this project, and I truly hope you enjoy it.

Supernormal offers about 2 hours of gameplay and combines detective work with puzzle-solving in a horror setting. Expect to search for clues and solve puzzles to progress through the game.

Game Features

• Solve the case: Your detective skills shape the story, leading to one of two different endings. It all depends on the number of clues you discover and how observant you are.
• Voice recognition: Communicate with the paranormal entities using your microphone. Will they offer crucial clues or mislead you into dead ends?
• Microphone detection: Engage with the paranormal, but remember this crucial rule: if they unveil their presence and hear you, stay quiet and don’t move, or risk altering the game’s ominous outcome.
• Photoscanned graphics: Using unreal engine 5, the game is set in a hyper-realistic environment. It also uses photo scanned graphics to enhance every tiny detail, including the horror!
• Randomized paranormal events: Introduces unpredictable, spine-chilling encounters that are randomly generated throughout the gameplay. No two scares are alike, intensifying the terror and replayability.

“Falling Soul Street is an extremely busy commercial district in Putnam City, but in the past two years, there have been frequent cases of disappearances here, with missing persons of all ages, including strong men, young women, children and the elderly. Unfortunately, some of the cases have not been solved and remain unsolved. People don’t know when the name of the shopping street was replaced by the name “Soul Street”. According to the rumor, “Soul Street” is connected to a different dimension, and the missing people are sucked into this other world.

As a detective puzzle game, it uniquely integrates the player’s choices into the game’s plot, creating a strong narrative drive. Every decision you make, whether it’s searching for clues, solving puzzles, or even just tiny decisions, will have a direct impact on the direction of the game’s plot and the fate of the characters you come into contact with. This design is unique and innovative, and it is cleverly hidden in all corners of the game, requiring the player to use keen observation and reasoning skills to uncover it.

In the course of the game, you will discover secrets hidden in various seemingly insignificant details. Through these clues, you can gradually piece together the truth of the incident and solve the mystery. In the process, you will experience that thrill of pulling the threads out of the cocoon and gradually approaching the truth. However, it is also important to note that some of your decisions may trigger unexpected consequences or even put yourself in danger.

You need to use your intelligence and strategy to solve puzzles and move the game forward by exploring, solving puzzles, reasoning and escaping.

Each puzzle has its own unique difficulty and challenge, requiring you to use various logical thinking skills, spatial imagination, and even strategic planning skills to solve it. Each of your challenges may bring unexpected discoveries and rewards, making your gaming experience full of surprises and satisfaction.

The design of this session is very real and fascinating, making players feel like they are in the real detective world. The player’s decisions and actions will affect the outcome of the investigation and the ending of the game, making the game more attractive and challenging.
