Backwards Compatibility

This repack IS EXTREMELY backwards compatible with my previous CL repack. The only changed/new files are fg-06.bin, fg-07.bin, fg-08.bin & setup.exe, so by rehashing everything else you can save up to 11.5 GB of traffic.
