Game Description

Selective Download
You can skip downloading of optional language packs (English, Arabic, Simplified & Traditional Chinese support is included by default), multiplayer modes files, DMZ mode files and bonus soundtracks. Here’s the list of optional files:

  • fg-optional-multiplayer-files.bin (required for all multiplayer modes, but DMZ)
  • fg-optional-dmz-files.bin (required for DMZ mode, which is not playable in this repack anyway)

Running instructions:

Cbuf = command line window, which appears before running the game and stays while it’s running.

  • Firstly, make sure the path on where you put the game folder is short and doesn’t contain non latin characters or symbols to avoid issues with game launching.
  • Start the game ONLY FROM !start_cod22.bat (for MP) or !start_sp22.bat (for SP) and keep the console window open until it closes by itself when you close the game.
  • If running either *.bat doesn’t do anything, read the 1st step again (or check bootstrapper.log).

Default Hotkeys (Set your keyboard to US if you encounter issues) :

  • Cbuf: Right Control + / (press this hotkey in the external console window)
  • Noclip: Right Control + N
  • God Mode: Right Control + M

To set a different keybind for each hotkeys, modify the “virtual key codes” values in _profile.ini. The decimal values for each keyboard keys can be found in many places on the internet (search query: virtual key codes).

Campaign, Multiplayer (only with bots), and Coop are playable offline (with some minor issues, check side notes below) with everything unlocked (weapons, operators, customizations, etc). LAN is currently not working, only offline play with bots for now (so don’t bother asking about LAN).

To start coop lobbies, follow these steps:

  • While in the main menu, execute ‘opencoop’ in cbuf
  • Create systemlink lobby like you would normally do in MP
  • Choose any gamemode in the GameModes screen (doesn’t matter which one as this is not important)
  • When in the lobby, execute ‘xstartlobby’ in cbuf then you can set up the maps and start the match

Steam notes:

This release uses a fork of GSE by alex47exe (originally created by Mr_Goldberg) for the steam emulator. You can change playername and language by editing steam_settings/configs.user.ini but make sure that you have installed the appropriate language files first.

Side notes:

  • If for some reason you got the stats all messed up, execute ‘resetstats’ in cbuf to reset your stats (or delete the “_stats” folder)
  • Campaign missions can be unlocked all at once by enabling ‘UnlockAllMissions’ in sp22/_profile.ini
  • Some br and coop maps has collision issues like in IW8, so keep that in mind.
  • In one of the coop mission called “Denied Area”, you’ll spawn under the ground so make sure to quickly toggle noclip to get back up to the ground.
  • Raid coop missions are meant to be played by 3 players, so some sequences might not work correctly. To skip these sequences, enter pause menu and choose “JUMP TO START” to skip past the broken sequence.
  • If you’re stuck on “Launching…” screen after starting the game, simply press Esc.

Goat Simulator 3 is another completely stupid game. Will this game teach you how to become one with your local herd? Probably not. Learning about real goats with David Attenborough or something would absolutely be the smarter thing to do.

  • This time we actually hired ‘game designers’ and we’re told they’ve added ‘an ok amount of content’; events, NPCs to mess with, physics, status effects, collectables, easter eggs, lies, betrayal, heartbreak
  • They’ve added mini-games too, lots of mini-games (seven is a lot, right?)
  • Who said anything about a musical?
  • You can be Keanu Ree… (jk, wanted to check you were still reading)
  • But you can be a goldfish (true story)

Backwards Compatibility

This repack IS slightly backwards compatible with my previous GS3 repack. You can rehash fg-optional-bonus-content.bin and save 197 MB of traffic.

  • Rewrite the Universe – In Reality Break, almost everything is modifiable with the Rewrite mechanic. Upgrade and change the attributes of your equipment, unlock mythical abilities, and change the course of the future. The possibilities are endless! Found a powerful item that’s too big to equip on your ship? Alter its existence into something that fits! Feeling pressed for time on a mission with a ticking timer? Double the time you have left! Maybe you wish that a rare item was actually an epic? Upgrade it to an epic item… or better! Think a mission is too easy for you? Alter the difficulty and give yourself a challenge along with better rewards! A multitude of things can be altered, but such power always comes with a cost. Will you successfully balance your current needs against future benefits?
  • Opt-in Roguelite – Resetting your timeline will cause a ripple effect across many elements of the game, often in surprising and subtle ways. Each time you reset, you will gain Reality Points which can be allocated to talents that majorly alter reality itself, applying those changes to both current and future pilots via a metagame talent system. Unlocking talents always makes a big difference in the gameplay. Some talents include: expert challenges that test your skills in exchange for additional rewards, activation of ultra-powerful Fate Affixes that will sometimes appear on random loot, preservation of a favored item that you would like to bring with you to the next timeline, and even preventing the dropping of low-quality loot completely. With each new timeline, you’ll discover new elements and features to change your experience in Reality Break.
  • Interconnected Systems – Play through multiple timelines, upgrade your ship, and discover fantastical powers for your pilot. Use the Analysis system in real-time to unlock Discoveries for your items! Come back to the game the next day or the next week to discover just how powerful your loot has gotten. If it’s taking too long, Rewrite the Analysis system itself to speed it up! Through the Codex, obtain powerful Set Bonuses by looting specific groups of item types. Then, upgrade the Codex to scale its bonuses based on the rarity of the loot you find, and even Rewrite it so you can activate more than a single Set Bonus at a time! Buy ship upgrades from the Tech Specialist, including slots for brand new types of equipment, such as deadly Drones that grant unique bonuses. Your ship can only fit so many upgrades, so choose wisely… or grow strong enough to Rewrite those limitations out of existence!
  • An Evolving Story – Altering the fabric of reality itself is no trivial power. It will not go unnoticed. You may get away with it for some time, but as your capabilities increase, so too will the threats you awaken! You need nerves of steel to clean crime scenes left behind by major and minor criminals. You may not have money for your daughter’s hospital stays, but what you do have is a very particular set of skills. With the help of an entire arsenal of equipment, you will clean blood, pack up bodies, and remove any odor. All this under the pressure of a ticking clock and police breathing down your neck.

So, are you the bad guy? You’re simply a man with the brains and brawn to take fate into his own hands. You’re the man of the hour, so clean, keep your head down and get that cash.

Game Features

  • Deep Clean: Grab your trusty mop and sponge. They will be handy for the majority of the missions. When the mess becomes too much, whip out the powerwasher and clean the outside spaces deeply. Or when the smell is a bit too strong, you have more than just an odor eliminator.
  • Arm’s Race: Sometimes, the equipment you have is not enough and needs an extra oomph. If your lamps or flashlights are not strong enough, get new ones! If there is too much blood outside, get a different set of power washer nozzles! So, before every mission, check the perks available and boost your cleaning arsenal. If you can make your job easier… why not take that opportunity?
  • Deep Pockets: Make money in any way you can! Mobsters are known for being generous, but sometimes that’s not enough. And certain objects may be too tempting. Who is going to miss this expensive watch? The owner’s already dead.
  • It’s about Family: With all the gruesome things you will see and do on every job, you must not forget that you are doing this for her. The life of a single father has its challenges, and you need to overcome them all.

Game Description
Minimalistic Skyrim + West of Loathing + Supraland. An RPG-lite adventure with intentionally twisted traditional role-playing games aspects, where your choices do matter.

Dungeon as a Twisted Disneyland – Dungeons are held by the Island’s administration. There is a technical floor, the workers of which make sure that torches are lit, traps are working and monsters are healed after a raid. Gritty secrets are hidden on the lowest floors, which can give you a chance to completely flip the storyline.

Combat – Carefully plan your targets, moves and ammo. Get ready to sweat!

Gritty Secrets – You’re stuck on an Adventure Island. There’s a local attraction – the Dungeon, where you can raid, explore, loot, gain experience and level up. Just buy an adventurer’s ticket, pass a turnstile, enter the elevator and choose the floor. The workers of the Island’s administration make sure that traps are working, torches are lit and monsters are healed after raids. At the first glance, everything seems PERFECT for an aspiring adventurer, so why leave? Turns out that everything is not as it seems. There’s a dark, dirty secret that the Cool King is hiding. Which is not cool. Monsters are tired of the constant respawn loop, their lives are like a groundhog day. But the main monster, the Glitchy Dragon, went out of control and broke the game’s rules in order to find the right person for his (in)genius plan. Maybe it’s you? It’s up to you to decide!

Game Features

  • You don’t need to eat food to heal – just pluck a piece of bread into a wound.
  • No need to sort out what’s to sell to a merchant: everything you collect is simply considered as “loot” and you sell a pile of such loot by weight.
  • There is an inventory and leveling up, but no complex skill-trees and inventory management.
  • The Dragon, the main antagonist(?), constantly glitches and breaks the game’s rules. Find out why! Well… or don’t. It’s your choice, and it matters, like choices in RPGs should.
  • NO FISHING MINI-GAMES.
