Game Description
Frank and Drake are brought together by unknown forces in a conspiracy that threatens them both. Sharing the same apartment, though destined never to meet, they must work together to uncover the mystery shrouding both their existences.

Frank is the super of a run-down apartment block in Oriole City, worried he is losing his mind and what little remains of his connection to the world around him. Drake is allergic to sunlight and operates by night. Their split existence means they must communicate via sticky notes left around the apartment. The game is set in Oriole City, a richly detailed and beautifully illustrated setting, with remarkable characters, and secrets to unearth. Frank and Drake must explore these surroundings, solve puzzles and discover clues that will help them find the answers they desperately seek, to their respective troubled pasts. Though they must work separately, their fates are intertwined and depend on the trust and friendship they forge together.

The mystery unfolds via a branching narrative, where the choices you make will have a profound impact on the events both protagonists experience. Frank and Drake employs a beautiful graphical style that represents the unnerving and dreamlike existence that both characters feel with the world around them. The rotoscoping style is a painstaking process of hand drawing frames over filmed footage. The uncanny result reflects Frank and Drake’s realities: two extraordinary characters trying to blend into an ordinary world.

Game Description

EXPLORE AN ALIEN PLANET

Each chapter of the campaign plays through as unique stand alone stories allowing you to uncover the history of each faction. Each map holds secrets for players to uncover which can aid you across the campaign – you’ll need to do effective recon to determine the best approach in battle. Beware though, the planet of Shoal isn’t one to let you idly move across its surface. Just like any other faction, the planet itself takes a turn every round, giving it the ability to fight back against the war on its surface with weather, fauna, and other mysteries.

A GENRE DEFINING GAME
Combining elements from Grand Strategy titles with the small-scale skirmishes of classic Tactics games, in Cantata you’ll start with a small base of operations and crucial few units, and then bring your grand strategic vision to life by building new structures, managing your regions, and expanding your army. As your presence on the planet Shoal grows you’ll be keeping a close eye on not only the empire you’ve built but also growing threats across the map.

Every single campaign map has been made with the exact same tool you’ll have access to in game. You have the full suite of options in your hands to make amazing tactical strategy maps. The story of Xuan-Yuan Sword III takes place in an era of collision between East and West, covering a range of historical events that include the Battle of Talas, the Arabian Civil War, and An Lushan Rebellion interspersed through character dramas.Xuan-Yuan Sword III perfectly integrates history with Chinese and Western mythology. Players will encounter unique historical enemies such as Merovingian soldiers, the Venetian navy, the Abbasid Caliphate, Tang soldiers, and Taoists along with unique mythical creatures such as centaurs, Medusa, the Black and White Reapers, and the Xuannü of the Nine Heavens.

Unique Spirit Fusion Pot System
Players can use the Spirit Fusion Pot to capture enemies in battle. Items and monsters can be used to craft a new item or monster from the codex. Users can craft items and monsters from the Eastern or Western altars, which the resulting item differing based on the selected altar.

The game features a beautiful traditional Chinese style, with the game map, battle backgrounds, and characters all painted in unique oriental ink.
